I do have eggs for b...Your not being nosy at all! <br /><br />I do have eggs for breakfast, but I love eggs. I have onions and peppers cut up in the fridge and I add those to get some extra veggies in. And then a little bit of fruit. <br /><br />There are some FB groups out there and I have seen people post articles and recipes for alternative to eggs for breakfasts, but I haven't read them because I love eggs and I find them super fast. <br /><br />As for affordable, it is probably a bit more expensive. But not because of the meat, because of the all the veggies. I try to eat a palm sized portion of meat and at least 2 cups of veggies for lunch and supper. So we go through veggies fast. I don't have time in the morning to cook. I eat oatmeal everyday so I don't have to think about it. I also don't really like eggs...<br /><br />And the most nosy question...<br />Is this even remotely affordable? I can't imagine eating so much meat and it still being affordable.<br /><br />I'm really interested in this, just super cautious.
