This is the meal Eric and I made for his parents for Fathers/Mothers Day:
Pork tenderloin marinating in lime juice, beer/ 7 up, cilantro and chilli powder:
The pork almost cooked on the BBQ:
Roasted potatoes and carrots:
Sangria! The perfect treat on a hot day!
Salad with Balsamic Honey dressing:
And for dessert, homemade carrot cake with pecans smothered in a fluffy, sweet cream cheese frosting!
