I am not longer taking the Candidia capsules, I am taking some Probiotics instead. I am taking more Progesto-Mend and less Testo-Quench. Other than those small changes, everything else remains the same. I really need to get my diet back under control. Today we had youth and I ate some caramel popcorn and cheesy nachos for snack. I also overate at lunch. NOT GOOD! Seriously, once you cheat a little bit, it makes it so much easier to cheat again and again.
I have been taking my BBT for the last couple weeks, and it has been pretty low. This morning it was the highest it has been. I am praying that it will continue to be high, and we all know what that could mean!
And the best part of my day? Holding a sweet newborn baby, Griffin Allan. Don't you just want to kiss those sweet cheeks?!? I love babies. I hope his parents don't mind if I post this! :S

I totally get what you mean about cheating once and then it being harder to follow a healthy diet!! I really struggle with this...I love chips and candy so much.
