My Favorite Snack

So simple too. Just an avocado cut into cubes, strawberries cut into cubes and some fresh squeezed lime juice over top. It tastes like summer! It is a refreshing snack that also satisfies my sweet tooth!

You can throw some cilantro in to make a fruit salsa as well! And you can replace the strawberries with mangos, peaches or nectarines!

if I'm gonna go healthy for a snack I'm a tomato, cucumber, green onion and salt and pepper girl. I crave the salt instead of the sweets :o)
That looks yummy though, amazing how colourful a good-for-you snack is!
